The front of each card features abstract art forms made from artwork illustrated by Jag and Dio, Dr. Chopra's sons. These shapes and colors have been chosen to inspire joy, creativity, and resiliency.
These cards were designed for kids, but everyone can benefit from the prompts! They are meant to be used by yourself or with others.
